INTRODUCTION TO INTPROCON
Welcome to Integrated Project and Consulting LLC, operating as INTPROCON ("Intprocon," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.intprocon.com (the "Website") and all coaching services, systems, communities, digital content, industrial consulting, integration, and advisory services, including but not limited to OBM Pro™, BridgePro™, EnerLoop™, Plant Audit™, and Media Services, provided by Intprocon.

By accessing our Website, enrolling in our programs, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

OUR AGREEMENT
This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and Integrated Projects and Consulting LLC – INTPROCON, and our products: OBM Pro™, BridgePro™, EnerLoop™, Plant Audit™, and Media Services. Please read it carefully.

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Intprocon provides coaching, consulting, community, digital content, industrial consulting, integration, and advisory services to founders and teams looking to scale their personal brand, content, team, and revenue. Our offerings include:

OBM Pro™: For sales and commercial teams, structuring discovery and qualifying projects early.
OBM Pro™ + Media Services: For sales and commercial teams that need to align and create clarity with their brand voice, sales tactics, and marketing content creation processes.
BridgePro™: For industrial projects coordinating multiple vendors and execution scopes.
Plant Audit™: For producers diagnosing performance, bottlenecks, and investment prioritization.
EnerLoop™: For plants recovering waste energy and reducing operating costs

ELIGIBILITY
Our services are intended for business owners and founders who are at least 18 years old. By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You operate a legitimate business
You have the authority to enter into this Agreement
You have the financial capacity to invest in our programs

PAYMENT TERMS

Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars.
All items are invoiced as Services.
We offer both pay-in-full and payment plan options as specified on our Website, when available.
By enrolling in our programs, you authorize Intprocon to charge your payment method for the agreed-upon amount.
You authorize the collection of recurring charges until the total amount is paid in full.

No Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: We do not offer refunds of any kind for any of our programs or services. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

All sales are final
No partial or full refunds will be provided under any circumstances
You are committing to the full term of service
Payment obligations continue regardless of your level of participation or satisfaction
No exceptions will be made to this policy

Cancellation

For monthly subscription services, you must provide at least 10 days' notice before your next billing date to cancel future payments
Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund of amounts already paid
Upon cancellation, your access to certain services may be immediately terminated
Some benefits (such as access to systems you've already downloaded) may remain available after cancellation, while others (like community access, live calls, and new updates) will be discontinued

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Intellectual property laws protect all content, systems, frameworks, and materials provided by Intprocon. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials for your personal business use only. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials
Use our materials to create competing products or services
Share your access with others not enrolled in the program
Resell or white-label our systems or frameworks
Use our brand assets without express written permission

PRIVACY AND DATA
We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy (available at www.intprocon.com/privacy-policy) explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS
What We Provide

Access to our coaching programs, systems, and community as described on our Website
Live sessions with our team and experts are scheduled
Support through our designated channels
Systems and frameworks to implement in your business

What We Don't Provide

Guaranteed business results or revenue increases
Done-for-you services unless specifically stated
24/7 on-demand support outside designated channels
Individual coaching sessions are not included in your specific program tier

Your Responsibilities

Implementing the systems and strategies provided
Participating actively in the community
Maintaining professional conduct with other members
Making all scheduled payments on time
Using the materials for your business only

NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
While we provide high-quality coaching and systems based on our experience, we make no guarantees regarding your results. Your success depends on many factors, including your implementation, market conditions, and individual circumstances.
We do not guarantee:

Specific income or revenue results
Business growth within a particular timeframe
That our systems will work for every business model
That our methods will be suitable for your particular situation

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intprocon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service that is the subject of the claim.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute that arises from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Montgomery County, Texas, following the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website. We will continue to use our services after the changes, following the modified Terms.

TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

TESTIMONIALS & SUCCESS STORIES
We love celebrating your success! By sharing your feedback, results, success stories, or testimonials with Intprocon through any channel (email, community posts, social media, video interviews, etc.), you grant us permission to:

Use your name, business name, likeness, and the content you've shared in our marketing materials
Share your results and testimonials across our platforms, including but not limited to our Website, social media, emails, and advertisements
Feature your story in case studies that help other founders see what's possible
We will always strive to present your testimonial accurately and in context.
While we may occasionally edit testimonials for clarity, length, or formatting, we will maintain the authentic spirit of your feedback.
If you later wish to have it removed from our marketing materials, please contact us at oabreut@intprocon.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it from future marketing materials.

CONCLUSION
These Terms constitute the entire Agreement between you and Intprocon regarding your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
