Thank you for visiting our website(s) (the "Site") and all related services (collectively, our "Services"), which are owned and provided by INTPROCON ("INTPROCON," "we," "us," or "our"). INTPROCON provides industrial consulting, integration, and advisory services, including but not limited to OBM Pro™, BridgePro™, EnerLoop™, Plant Audit™, and Media Services.
We have developed this Privacy Policy to inform all users ("user(s)," "you," or "your") about how we collect Information in the course of conducting our business, including through the Site, how we use that Information, and your rights with respect to the Information collected.

By accessing and/or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. "Non-Personal Information" means Information that does not directly identify you, but provides insight into how the Site and Services are used. This may include, without limitation, browser type, device information, operating system, IP address, referring and exit pages, access times, and usage patterns.

We use Non-Personal Information collected through cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to understand Site usage, improve navigation and performance, analyze trends, prevent fraud, investigate potential policy violations, and enhance the Services. For more Information, please refer to our Cookie Policy. We may identify you from Personal Information and may merge or co-mingle Personal and Non-Personal Information. Except as otherwise stated, we use Information for legitimate business purposes related to providing and improving our Services, including:
a. To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and provide requested Information or Services.
b. To deliver consulting, advisory, audit, onboarding, integration, and related professional Services.

d. To provide customer support, respond to requests, and improve service quality.
e. To analyze usage, conduct internal research, and develop insights that improve our Services, methodologies, and offerings.
f. To send operational communications, updates, educational materials, and marketing communications where permitted by law and user preference.
g. To process payments and collect amounts owed for Services rendered.
h. To notify you of changes to agreements, policies, or terms and to enforce such terms.
i. To work with third-party service providers that support our operations and are contractually bound to protect Information.

k. To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or defend legal claims.
l. To support corporate transactions such as mergers, restructuring, or asset transfers, where Information may be part of transferred assets.
m. For any other purpose that is shared with you at the time Information is collected.

We may use third-party email service providers to send communications. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us at oabreu@intprocon.com. From time to time, we may invite you to participate in surveys or feedback requests regarding our Services. Participation is voluntary. Information collected may include professional insights, operational challenges, and feedback intended to improve our Services and customer experience.

4. How We Share Information
We may share Personal Information with the following parties:
a. Corporate affiliates, including corporate parents, subsidiaries, other affiliated entities, and associated entities for the purposes described in this Policy which are required to treat the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy;
b. Service providers that help us administer and provide the Services (for example, a web hosting company whose services we use to host our platform).  These third-party services providers have access to your Personal Information only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf. We have entered into contractual relationships with these service providers and require them to comply with all applicable information privacy laws and regulations and to use the Information only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.  We require that any third-party service providers limit their use of your Information solely to providing services to us and that they maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of your Information and not make unauthorized use or disclosure of the Information;
c. Authorized third parties, who are parties directly authorized by you to receive the applicable Information, such as when you authorize a third-party application provider to access your account. For example, if you sign up for our Coach programs or comunnity and you choose to sign up with Keap (keap.com), then your information will also be shared with Keap. The use of your Information by an authorized third party is subject to the third party’s privacy policy;
d. Third parties in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings), in which case we will require the recipient to use such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy;
e. As we believe necessary: (i) under applicable law; (ii) to enforce applicable terms and conditions; (iii) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you, or others; (iv) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (v) to respond to claims that contact information (e.g. name, e-mail address, etc.) of a third-party has been posted or transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment and (vi) to respond to requests from courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies, and other public and government authorities, which may include authorities outside your country of residence; and
f. Pursuant to your express consent.

5. Information Security
We take reasonable steps online and offline to safeguard the Personal Information that you provide to us, including: For example, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure multi-tiered firewalls, encryption (with additional detail), secure cloud-based environments, server authentication, and industry-standard firewalls.
It is common knowledge that transmission of information via the Internet is not wholly secure, and we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of your Personal Information, or any other information, transmitted to or through our Site or Services or otherwise provided to us.  We are not responsible for the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of such information.  It is your responsibility to safeguard any passwords, ID numbers, or other special access features associated with your use of the Service(s).  Any transmission of information is at your own risk.

8. Children's Privacy
We do not sell products or services for purchase by anyone under the age of thirteen (13).  In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), we will never knowingly request or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent.  In the event that we receive actual knowledge that we have collected such Personal Information without the requisite and verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as is practical.  We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that we can verify that minors are not using the Service(s).

• Right to Access.  We respect your right to access and control your information, and we will respond to requests for information and, where applicable, will correct, amend, or delete your Personal Information.

Right to Rectify — Correction and Deletion.  Citizens of some jurisdictions, including the EEA, have the right to correct or amend their Personal Information if it is inaccurate or requires updating. You may also have the right to request deletion of your Personal Information; however, this is not always possible due to legal requirements and other obligations and factors.  • Right to Erasure / Be Forgotten.  Data Subjects may have the right to request that we delete your Personal Information in certain circumstances, such as if holding the Personal Information is no longer necessary or if part of your Right to Object (below). Please note that if you request erasure of your account, we, in complying with your request, shall also delete any and all research data that has been submitted to us through our Services. It is your responsibility at all times to ensure that you are in compliance with all applicable rules, policies, and regulations at the institutional, administrative, and federal levels regarding retention of research data, including, but not limited to, United States regulations governing retention and disposal of research records.
• Right to Object.  Data Subjects may have the right to object to the use of Personal Information for direct marketing uses, scientific uses, or historical research.  If you do not wish to have your Personal Information shared with third parties, contact us at oabreu@intprocon.com. If you do not wish to receive future commercial messages from us, simply follow the unsubscribe instructions contained within the message you receive. Right to Data Portability.  A Data Subject has the right to request that we provide your Personal Information for the purpose of sharing it with another service provider (through a secure process).
Filing a Complaint.  A Data Subject who is not satisfied with how we manage your Personal Information has the right to make a complaint to a data protection regulator. c. Geographic Information Transfers

These laws may be different from the privacy laws in your country and with regard to which an adequacy decision by the European Commission does not exist.
However, this does not change our commitments to safeguarding your privacy, and we will comply with all applicable laws relating to cross-border data disclosure of your Personal Information. Where required, we implement Standard Contractual Clauses with our third parties pursuant to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”), and you may request a copy of the Standard Contractual Clauses by emailing us at oabreu@intprocon.com. Where we receive requests for information from law enforcement or regulators, we carefully validate these requests before disclosing any Personal Information.
