PlanAudit™

See the Problems Before They Cost You.

Most industrial plants don’t underperform because teams are careless or equipment is outdated.  Performance problems usually happen because constraints, inefficiencies, and hidden losses go undetected for too long.

Throughput slowly erodes. Energy costs creep up. Maintenance becomes reactive. Decisions are made based on assumptions instead of facts—and leadership often realizes the true cost only after margins are already under pressure.

PlantAudit™ is designed to fix that problem.

For over 20 years, this audit-led approach has helped feed mills, grain facilities, biomass plants, and processing operations surface the real operational issues early—before they turn into lost capacity, wasted energy, or expensive capital mistakes.

PlantAudit™ brings structure and clarity to the most overlooked stage of operational improvement: understanding what’s actually happening inside your plant today.

Rather than starting with solutions, vendors, or equipment upgrades, PlantAudit™ starts with a disciplined evaluation of your operation. It identifies bottlenecks, process gaps, energy losses, and coordination risks across systems, teams, and workflows—creating a shared, objective view of reality.

This allows engineering, operations, maintenance, and leadership to align around facts rather than opinions and to prioritize improvements with confidence.

PlantAudit™ is built for industrial operations where performance matters, margins are tight, and decisions carry long-term consequences. It is not a generic inspection or a sales-driven assessment. It is a decision-grade audit framework designed to give you clarity before committing time, capital, or resources.

How PlantAudit™ Works:

  1. Fill out the form.  Share high-level details about your operation with us.
  2. Complete a structured audit questionnaire.  You’ll receive a focused assessment designed to uncover operational, process, and performance signals across your plant.
  3. Participate in a guided PlantAudit™ review session. We walk through the findings together—clarifying constraints, identifying root causes, and outlining where attention is truly needed.

Because PlantAudit™ is delivered directly and personally, availability is limited.  Audits are selected based on operational complexity, timing, and readiness to act on insights.

If your plant is experiencing performance drag, rising costs, or uncertainty about where to focus next, PlantAudit™ provides the clarity to move forward with confidence.

Join the PlantAudit™ waiting list to request access and begin the audit process—before small issues become expensive problems.

Questions & Answers

What is PlanAudit™?

PlantAudit™ is a structured industrial audit framework designed to uncover hidden operational constraints, inefficiencies, and performance losses within your plant before they become costly decisions. It transforms early operational conversations into clear, decision-ready insights by mapping flows, constraints, energy use, and execution gaps across feed mills, grain facilities, biomass plants, and industrial processing operations.

Who is PlanAudit™ for?

PlantAudit™ is built for industrial operators, plant managers, and leadership teams responsible for performance, cost control, and operational reliability. It is best suited for operating plants, expansions, or retrofits where throughput, energy efficiency, maintenance load, or execution risk is unclear—and where leadership needs objective visibility before approving investments or corrective actions.

What does PlanAudit™ cost?

PlantAudit™ uses a staged pricing model based on the level of service you need—from early qualification through on-site assessment to full execution planning. The initial qualification step (questionnaire and a Validate™ onboarding meeting) is free. If the operation is validated and ready to proceed, the Plant Assessment phase typically costs US$12,000–US$15,000 and includes an on-site visit (up to 1 day) and structured deliverables such as a flow diagram, equipment list, constraint mapping, and an improvement or mitigation plan. For plants that move into execution planning and supplier/OEM coordination, the Project Execution phase is US$20,000, and the Implementation & Control phase is US$35,000. Each phase is invoiced separately and only after validation confirms it is the right next step.

What does PlantAudit™ evaluate inside your plant?

PlantAudit™ evaluates your operation across process flow, equipment interaction, automation and control, maintenance behavior, energy use, and execution discipline. Depending on your needs, this may include automation and control assessment, lean manufacturing evaluation, or operations planning and cost efficiency analysis—each designed to surface constraints and improvement opportunities with measurable impact.

What do you receive from a PlantAudit™?

You receive a structured assessment that includes a plant flow diagram, equipment interaction overview, constraint mapping, and a clear mitigation or improvement plan. For qualified operations, this also includes OEM improvement insights, retrofit or implementation pathways, and a prioritized roadmap that leadership can use to decide what to fix first, what to delay, and what to avoid entirely.

When should PlantAudit™ be used?

PlantAudit™ is most effective before performance issues escalate or capital is committed—when there is still leverage to adjust strategy, scope, or execution. It is ideal when plants feel operational pressure but lack clarity, when expansions or retrofits are being discussed, or when leadership needs objective insight to guide the next operational or investment decision.
